Not long ago, I wrote about the problems with “survey software” in regard to effective Business Relationship Measurement. My problem is that such software tends to lead one down the wrong path….consumer type sampling, too many surveys with the wrong people, and in general, being sucked into playing with questionnaires and reports instead of contributing to the building of stronger relationships with business partners.
